- Mozilla Firefox increased its market share to 8.59% from 7.55% in September 2005, NetApplications said. Microsoft Internet Explorer dipped slightly to 86.52% from 86.87%. Before OneStat reported on Firefox reaching 11.5% global market share in October 2005.
