Internet Speedup 2 (Windows)

Internet Speedup is a small program that changes settings in Windows ME, 2000, or XP to make your Internet faster. The settings wont be changed until registered. Version 2 has a slider bar on the main menu that makes it easy to adjust your RWIN.
